At PurelyVox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted in the following situations:
• You received a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product.
• You changed your mind about your purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Refunds and Replacements

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return is approved. If approved, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

Non-Returnable Items
